Y.TECH produces ceramic multilayer circuit boards and small electronic components based on LTCC material technology. We have a technique of 3-dimensionally stacking a large number of passive elements (L, R, C) and wiring circuits using silver and gold electrode circuits with excellent electrical conductivity. This technology can be applied to chip or substrate form of ultra-small size. We are producing mm-wave band antennas and modules and have 60GHz band RF characteristic evaluation technology. We developed a 5G antenna module for repeaters and a 60GHz 5G antenna applicable to smart phones in a compact size of 3x1.5x1mm.
