Justin Castillo is the founder of Javelin Advisory, a multi-disciplined firm providing strategic guidance and deal execution on behalf of innovative tech and media companies, sports franchises, production companies and professional athletes.
With a focus on developing and executing long-term growth initiatives and strategic partnerships, Castillo has successfully driven commerce at the intersection of sports, technology and entertainment.
Prior to founding Javelin, Castillo worked as a sports agent and business development executive at Creative Artists Agency, the world’s leading sports and entertainment agency. During his 16-year tenure at CAA, Justin represented prominent athletes, brands, digital media companies and was part of the team focused on the utilization of AI and web3 within sports and entertainment.
Justin Castillo is a graduate of Northwestern University and the University of Illinois College of Law. He resides in Los Angeles with his wife and two sons.
