Martin Kleiner has worked in various functions at BMW over the last 10 years, starting at the BMW Plant Munich (3 series, M3, i4) in production control and program planning.
Later he took over responsibility for various digital platforms such as Shopfloor Management or the Production-Control-System for all assemblies worldwide. In 2021 Martin Kleiner launched the function "Structural Enabling Digitalization" for the worldwide production system at BMW. Target is to digitalize the BMW Production System of the BMW Group systematically and sustainable.
